This is my Mai costume I made back in 2008. I remember at the time I had THE hardest time deciding who to choose to be. Zuko and Sokka are my favorites, but I didn’t feel up for crossplaying, and didn’t think I could do them justice. Though honestly I loved a lot of the characters so much in the Avatar series. In the end I chose Mai, and glad I did cause she’s fun to portray, especially since she is polar opposite to a lot of the character’s, and super fun if I have Ty lee alongside! I’ve only worn this costume once, and seriously need to wear it again. That or make something from LOK. Asami is definitely someone I’m drawn to, and am definitely considering!

If we could cosplay anything together, what would it be?
I personally always ask people to join me in my cosplay ideas and groups I want to do, but I’d love to hear what others would like to do with me <3
**and even if we don’t get the chance to cosplay together due to pesky distance, or do not attend the same events I’d still love to see :3
